National Doctors' Day in India is celebrated on 1st July every year to commemorate the birth and death anniversary of Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy, a renowned physician and former Chief Minister of West Bengal. On this day senior alumni members are felicitated for their contribution towards medical fraternity in general and to CNMC Alumni Association in particular.Besides all the interns of Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital are also felicitated for their induction into the medical profession.
